Representing student interests
Mount Ida’s Student Government Association (SGA) is an important voice for you and all students on campus. SGA Officers, elected by the student body, represent student interests on committees, set policy for the oversight of recognized clubs, hear concerns of students and make formal policy recommendations to the administration and administer the SGA budget.
The SGA holds weekly meetings on Mondays at 1:15 p.m. in the Campus Center. All students are ad-hoc members and welcome to attend meetings.
The Executive Officers of the SGA include the President, Vice President, the Treasurer and the Secretary; 16 Senators represent various constituencies of the student body.
If you’re interested in learning more about the SGA or you wish to have an item added to the agenda, please call (617) 928-4022 or email SGA@mountida.edu.
