To register for an online course, submit the online registration form below and mail payment under a separate cover noting registrant name, or print the NCDE Registration Form for each online course you are interested in taking.
CEUs for Nurses, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Mental Health Counselors and Teachers. Each course will provide 10 contact hours.

Refund Policy:
Refund requests must be made in writing, faxed, e-mailed or postmarked up to one week before the start of the course and will be honored with a $25.00 administration fee. No refunds will be granted after that time.
