	The Learning Circle The Learning Circle (TLC) is a federally funded program that provides valuable resources and services to financially eligible, first generation college students or students with disabilities. Our mission is to provide a strong, supportive community that helps our students to succeed in and graduate from college. To participate in TLC, students must first complete an application to determine eligibility. If accepted, all services are offered at no cost and are available throughout the student's career at Mount Ida College.
