For Current Students
The Career Services Center can assist current students who are undecided with choosing a college major. We do this by helping you to identify your skills, interests and abilities and determining how these fit into academic areas of study. An excellent article that outlines the steps that an undecided student should take towards choosing a major can be found here.
In addition to choosing a major, one-on-one counseling is available to all students on a wide range of topics including exploring various occupations, matching interests and abilities, or receiving overall information on career strategies. We have a variety of assessment tools that specifically help you clarify your interests and career goals.
The following services are also offered throughout the school year:
Career and Job Fairs
Career and job fairs are held annually, and serve as an excellent opportunity for students and alumni to network and establish job and internship possibilities. Employers attending represent a variety of businesses and industries and offer a wide assortment of internship and employment opportunities.
