Reserves
Instructors may place course related material on reserve in the library including books, articles, videos, DVDs and audio recordings. Reserve materials are available at the circulation desk to be checked out with a library card for two hours of in library use or per instructor's instructions. Reserves can be looked up in the online catalog by course name, number, or professor's name (use the drop down menu to the left of the search box).

Information Literacy Instruction
All students begin the development of their Information Literacy skills in the following first year courses: CC101 and EN102. Following, each degree program continues with select research-based courses, as designated in an Information Literacy Action Plan. Faculty members are also invited to arrange instructional sessions for specific courses or assignments with the reference librarians, Dragan Gill or
Tracy Vingo.

Get Books and Articles from Other Libraries
The library provides Interlibrary Loan services for materials outside of the Minuteman Library Network. To request an item please email the librarians at
reference@mountida.edu. Please use this form to include all of the information needed to fulfill your request. ILL requests may also be made in person at the library.

Museum of Fine Arts Library Passes
Through Mount Ida College's university membership, all Mount Ida College students are admitted free to the MFA in Boston with a valid student ID, this includes special exhibitions.

The library also circulates four MFA general admissions library passes that may be checked out for three days.
