Mount Ida College has protocols in place for students who may be experiencing a psychiatric crisis during or after business hours, on or off campus.
During regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm:
Please contact the Counseling Center office at 617-928-4599 or come to Appleton House.
On nights and weekends for students on campus:
Please contact Public Safety at 617-928-4777 who will get in touch with the Counselor on-call.
On nights and weekends for students off campus:
Call 911 or go to your local hospital's emergency room.
