Hospitality Management
Offering access to a bachelor degree, the Hospitality Management program prepares you for a career in the hospitality industry including hotel, motel and restaurant management, as well as management positions in other facilities such as hospitals, schools, colleges and retirement communities.
Students can choose between two concentrations: Food & Beverage or Hotel Management. The curriculum includes business and liberal arts combined with practical courses in front office procedures, food and beverage management, meeting sales and services and hotel and restaurant finances.
