Academic Records Coordinator
Mount Ida College seeks an Academic Records Coordinator to provide support and services to students related to Registrar processes, records and information. The Academic Records Coordinator is responsible for maintaining student information systems and carrying out a full range of student records management duties.
Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: responding to requests for transcripts by processing each request, preparing and sending the transcript; coordinating student attendance verification process; maintaining the process to track incomplete grades and, when needed, converting the incomplete grades to "F"s; preparing and distributing reports for processes including student attendance verification and grade submission; tracking mid-semester and final grade submissions and changes; coordinating academic progression process including tracking in system and reports.
Bachelor’s degree is required as well as a minimum of three years of related administrative experience in an academic setting.
