Prior to Mount Ida
Phyllis Baron served as Senior Vice President, Chief Strategic officer for Planning and Corporate Development at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, responsible for mergers, acquisitions, new business development and leading initiatives that turned the organization around. She also worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care as the Director of New Product and Project Implementation and Business Development. Phyllis received her Executive M.B.A. from Suffolk University and M.A. in Psychology and Counseling from Southern Connecticut State College.
