Laura Reed-Doleski is Director of the Equine Management Program. As the previous Head Coach of the Mount Ida Equestrian Team, she coached the team to two Regional Championships. In addition, Laura coached the first rider from Mount Ida who earned a trip to Nationals. The rider was also the Reserve National Champion for her division. Prior to Mount Ida, she worked at Reed & Reed Insurance Agency and has been an instructor at numerous riding facilities. Laura, who has been showing horses since she was 9 years old, has won numerous National and World Championship titles in the Hunter Pleasure and Hunt Seat Equitation divisions; one of the titles includes the Hunt Seat Equitation World Champions which she earned when she was 17 years old. She earned her B.S. with Honors from University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned her Masters with Honors from Springfield College. Departments
