Floyd Carman is the Treasurer and Collector for the Town of Belmont. He has also held roles at Manulife Financial Services as a Consultant and at John Hancock Financial Services as Second Vice President of Corporate Financial Accounting. He serves on numerous committees for the Town of Belmont including Chairman of the Belmont Capital Endowment Fund, Chairman Belmont Education Scholarship Committee and Vice President and Treasurer Belmont Municipal Credit Union. Floyd received his M.B.A. from Western New England College and his B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College.
