Training & Professional Development
Mount Ida College is committed to the continued professional and personal development of our staff and faculty. To that end, the Office of Human Resources offers a comprehensive training and professional development program that provides training opportunities that will encourage and support our employees in developing their knowledge and skills and that enable them to achieve their professional goals and interests.
We encourage you to have regular discussions with your supervisor about your professional development and to take advantage of the opportunities that we offer on campus. We also welcome your feedback and input about other training opportunities that you would like to see offered in the future.
Registration
Unless otherwise noted, advanced registration is generally required for all trainings and workshops. Some sessions may require supervisory approval. To register for one of the upcoming workshops, please email humanresources@mountida.edu with the name and date of the session that you wish to attend. All registrations will be confirmed.
