Dean of Student Success
The College is currently seeking applications for a Dean of Student Success. The Dean will ensure the highest levels of student progression and graduation from the College by providing leadership for the College’s academic support services and programs, with supervisory, fiscal, assessment, planning, and related responsibilities. The Dean is also responsible for overseeing the college’s First-Year Program, administering academic-related grants, coordinating campus-wide academic advising systems/programs in collaboration with the school Deans, coordinating academic services for students with disabilities, and performing other academic service-related functions, as assigned.
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of Master’s degree, five years or more experience in higher education administration with a focus on student success, and understanding of legislation and issues regarding documented disabilities and accommodations (students, faculty and staff).; prior teaching experience preferred.
