Why the MSM Degree?
Many individuals weighing graduate programs find that a Master of Science in Management is better suited to their needs than an MBA. Whereas MBA programs often deal with general principles of business, MSM students can focus on the specific areas of management and operations that are relevant to their careers. Moreover, the MSM program at Mount Ida College has been designed to allow students to bring their practical work experience into the classroom, and the curriculum has been designed to meet the specific needs of the working professional.

For Working Professionals
Mount Ida's Master of Science in Management program is a 36-credit, part-time degree program that can be completed in less than two calendar years. Designed for the working professional, classes meet in the evenings, with some held on weekends.

Distinguished Faculty Members
Here, in an intimate learning environment, you'll work with faculty members who are leaders in their fields. Many are active practitioners in industry, not-for-profit and government organizations, and are always ready to connect achieving students to these sectors. Over the course of the program, you'll engage in an invigorating dialogue with these men and women who are out there consulting and contributing, taking the pulse of a changing corporate culture and bringing their findings back to the classroom.
