Registration & Tuition

For non-degree students enrolling in summer session courses and those enrolling in professional development programs, you must register for your course through the Office of Continuing Education. Please follow the instructions below:

In Person: Continuing Education is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are located at Carlson Hall on the first floor.

By Phone: Please call between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at (617)928-4015. We accept MasterCard or Visa credit card payments.

By Mail: Complete your registration form and pay by MasterCard or Visa or by check made payable to Mount Ida College

By Fax:  Fax us (617) 928-4656 with your completed registration and payment.    

NOTE: If you are a Mount Ida College student, you must register via the Office of the Registrar at www.mountida.edu/registrar. Participants in the Senior Citizens Audit Program must register via the instructions in the Senior Citizens Audit Program section of this website.

Tuition

Current tuition rates are listed below:

Professional Development Programs: Please see individual offerings as tuition rates vary.

Undergraduate/Academic Credit: Tuition is $705 per credit hour for 2012 fall and 2013 spring semesters.

Graduate/Academic Credit: Tuition is $595 per credit hour for 2012 fall, and 2013 spring and summer semesters.

Undergraduate/Academic Credit: Tuition is $395 per credit hour for 2013 summer sessions.

Senior Citizens, Alumni Audit Fee: for seniors living outside of Newton and Needham, the fee is $100; for seniors residing in Newton or Needham and for Mount Ida Alumni, the audit fee is waived; you are only charged a $25.00 processing fee.

Refund, Payment & Contact Details

Refund Policy
You may receive a 100% tuition refund if you withdraw before or after the first class, but not after the second class.

Payment of Bill
Tuition and fees are payable in full at the time of registration; MasterCard, Visa or personal check are accepted.
