	Campus Construction The College is committed to implementing Green technologies as appropriate in all new and renovated campus buildings. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings, is used to demonstrate that projects are LEED certified. The New Residence Hall and the New Center for Veterinary Technology and Science have both been constructed as LEED Certifiable.
