New Center for Veterinary Technology & Science
This $5 million, 16,000 square-foot facility brings Mount Ida one step closer to its vision of providing students, the local community and a growing industry with the top veterinary technology program in the country.
The new center will allow Mount Ida to meet growing demand for its well-respected program, one of only 16 accredited veterinary technology bachelor degree programs in the country. The facility will house expanded space for animals, as well as surgery, recovery and laboratory facilities equipped with the most modern technology. It will also consolidate all of the veterinary technology faculty offices, classrooms, laboratories, and animal care facilities under one roof.
