Anti-Virus Software:
You must have an anti-virus package installed on your PC. We recommend purchasing the Norton Internet Security Suite from any store or online software retailer. It is also available at
www.symantec.com

Anti-Spyware Software:
You must have anti spyware software installed on your PC. We recommend AdAware Personal from
www.lavasoft.de AND SpyBot Search & Destroy from: http://spybot.info/en/index.html

Windows Updates:
Many problems with Windows PCs are avoidable by taking full advantage of Microsoft’s “Automatic Updates” service. Just turn it on and it will do the rest! Visit

If Your Computer is Broken

If your computer is under warranty or a service agreement, call the manufacturer or store where you purchased it or consult your warranty information card.
