Mount Ida College Outdoors (M.I.C.O.)
Purpose:
The Mount Ida College Outdoors Club gives students an opportunity to get off of campus and explore the outdoors. It gives students a chance to meet different people and try activities they never thought they would. Along with many outdoor activites, there are along a few indoor activites!!
M.I.C.O. was awarded the 2008-2009 Award for Outstanding Community Service for the volunteer efforts we participate in such as Campus Cleanup Day, Charles River Earth Day Cleanup, and Burton's Chill Program that teaches Snowboarding to Boston-area inner-city undeserved youth.
