Student E-mail FAQ
- How do I get my campus e-mail address @mountida.edu? E-mail addresses and passwords can be obtained by visiting http://miweb.mountida.edu and clicking on “New Student or Forgot Password.”
- How do I check my campus e-mail? With a valid Mount Ida network username and password (Your username is the same as your email address without @mountida.edu), using your web browser, go to webmail.mountida.edu.
- Can I check my campus e-mail from off-campus? Yes, use the same method you would use if you were on-campus. (see above)
- My e-mail question is not answered by any of the above… Who do I call for assistance? Contact Network Services at x4702 or via e-mail at nshelpdesk@mountida.edu or you can speak to your RA or RD.
