Technology Services
Technology Services provides & supports network connectivity, telephone services, and cable TV services to the College community as well as support for the 550+ College-owned computers. Our staff has a combined total of more than 20 years of IT support experience, 15 of which are in Higher Education. Our office is located in Alumni Hall adjacent to the main administration building, Holbrook Hall. Our hours are weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. unless the College is closed. As we service & support a wide range of users and systems, we are not always in the office, so please call for a specific appointment. Services for Students
Technology Services provides local telephone service, voicemail and cable TV service and support for the use of these services in the residence halls. In addition to this, we provide Internet connectivity in the residence hall rooms and some student common areas as well as configuration support to enable students to connect their computers to this resource.
Services for Staff & Faculty
Our department provides support of the College’s Users, desktop computers, applications, peripherals, printing, servers, network-based applications, technological infrastructures, and systems in the interest of supporting the College’s mission. We also provide telephone and voicemail services for the Faculty and Staff.
