	Controller The Controller is responsible for managing the College’s policies for maintaining financial controls. In other words, I make sure that procedures are in place and are followed so that the College’s funds are used in the way they are intended. We establish communication flows which facilitate responsible parties within the College to have the information they need to manage their budgets. The department processes the payment of expenditures and the collection of revenues. Reports are generated from here for cost center managers, senior staff, and the Board of Trustees. Edward N.
