Maintenance Request Form - Wingate, Brown, Shaw
If you have a maintenance or housekeeping issue in Brown, Shaw, or Wingate, please contact your RA or you may fill out the form below. Please include as much detail as possible so that we may correctly address the problem. Please note, we will not accept any requests for furniture removal.
All furniture must stay in your room.
