Transcript Requests
To request a transcript, please submit a Transcript Request Form with your check or money order to the Registrar's Office at Mount Ida College.

The cost for each official transcript from Mount Ida College, Chamberlayne Jr. College, Coyne Electrical School and the New England Institute is $5.00.
There is a one-time fee of $20.00 for transcripts from Bryant and Stratton Jr. College and Grahm Jr. College.
There is no charge for an unofficial transcript.
No transcript request will be processed for anyone who has an outstanding financial obligation to Mount Ida College. You may order as many official transcripts as you need.
