Employment for F1 Students
International students may work on campus for up to 20 hours per week during fall and spring semesters and full time during vacation breaks. Students desiring to do this must secure a position first and then make an appointment with the Director of International Student Affairs to secure the necessary paperwork.
Students on F1 visas are permitted to work off campus in very special situations. These include:
1) Internships and
2) Post Completion Optional Practical Training
