First-Year Honor Scholars Design HSP Logos The Fall 2010 honors first-year seminar (Dancing Minds: Studies in Creativity) focuses on whole-brain thinking, specifically the Six Senses (Design, Story, Symphony, Empathy, Play and Meaning) described by Daniel Pink in his book, A Whole New Mind. Three groups of students, led by Eric Beltram, Ryan Chapman and Carlen Bufo, created the following logos for the Honor Scholars Program. The creative work that emerged from these groups also developed their skills in collaborative decisionmaking and critical thinking, and demonstrates their talents in Design, Play, and creating Meaning.
