Recently, the Boston Globe featured a story about the kick-off event of the N² Innovation Corridor Initiative. This innovation initiative is designed to bring together public and private stakeholders to attract and support the corridor adjacent to I-95 Newton-Needham as a major technology and innovation hub. This inaugural event brought together numerous stakeholders who call the Newton-Needham area home, including Mount Ida College.
Mount Ida was proud to sponsor and participate in the inaugural event, which led with discussion on how to attract more technology companies, start-ups and other innovators to our region. This technology driven initiative has grown into a coalition of large and small businesses, with over 250 business executives and local and state officials attending the first event, including President of Mount Ida College Barry Brown, staff, faculty and students.
Mount Ida looks forward to continuing our relationship with the N² Corridor Initiative in helping to bring new opportunities to our region and building future relationships with innovative companies in the new corridor.
