Gregg came to Mount Ida in January of 2015 with extensive experience in community engagement and service-learning, both as a student and professional within the non-profit sector. Gregg earned his B.S. in Marketing from Bentley University, where he also worked at the Bentley Service-Learning Center overseeing 150 community-based work study students that led 1,000 students per year in the community through 95 programs. In addition to being a service-learning student, Gregg has experience as a community partner from when he worked for the American Cancer Society before coming to Mount Ida – partnering with local communities to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for cancer research and programming. Additionally, Gregg has been involved with the Chesterbrook Community Foundation for the past six years in Waltham, currently serving as the Vice President of the Board of Directors.
