Terrill Frantz brings to Mount Ida, a life-long orientation in software technology, finance, and international business management, buttressed by both work experience and academics.
He has served as Asia-Pacific Operations Officer for Technology at Morgan Stanley, Assistant to the CIO at Morgan Stanley and as Director of Global Development for Peking University HSBC Business School in Shenzhen, China.
In addition to his 20 years of corporate experience in global investment banks with Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan in New York, London, and Hong Kong, he consults for organizations in other industries, such as chemicals, presidential politics, and numerous small and medium enterprises,
An American national, he has lived and worked in China for more than 13 years. His academic specialty is in Organization Behavior during Mergers and Acquisitions, with a primary research focus on Post-Merger Integration and he has published numerous academic articles and book chapters on the subject.
He is the Co-Chief-Editor of the journal Computational & Mathematical Organization Theory and serves on the Editorial Boards of several other academic journals.
