To Professor Rodger, dental hygiene is an extremely rewarding career that gives you the opportunity to give back to the community. She brings her experience of working part time in a private practice to the clinical floor, teaching pain management and the medical emergencies labs along with first and second year clinical instructions.

Professor Rodger holds a license as a registered dental hygienist and a local anesthesia permit (LA Permit L) and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and teaches Clinical Instructor first and second year clinics, a pain management lab and the medical emergencies lab.
