The first step to reserving space on campus is to submit a reserve a room form for your meeting or event.  If your reservation does not require additional set-up (AV, tables, food, etc.), please await your confirmation within 48 business hours.

If your reservation requires additional set-up, you will be required to submit an event set-up form two weeks prior to your event. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receiving your event set-up form.
