Summer session canceled classes, refunds, and course withdrawal
Mount Ida will cancel summer classes that do not reach the minimum registration threshold. We announce any canceled classes one week before each summer session begins, giving you time to choose another summer class.
We give students full refunds for summer classes dropped by the following deadlines:
- Summer Session I: Thursday, May 19, 2016
- Summer Session II: Thursday, July 7, 2016
No refunds are available after these dates.
Please note: The last opportunity to add a class, drop a class, or request a refund is on the date listed above (the second day of each summer session). After this date no changes can be made and you will be charged the full cost of the course whether or not you attend.
If something comes up and you need to withdraw from a summer class, please email our Office of Continuing Education at firstname.lastname@example.org with your written notification of withdrawal as soon as possible.
