Manager of Student Accounts

The College currently seeks applications for a Manager of Student Accounts. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of Student Accounts operations and disbursement control for tuition accounts and related system set-up, federal and state regulatory matters and compliance requirements. The position assists the Director of Financial Aid in disseminating information and effectively communicating policies and procedures to students, their families and colleagues while providing superior, empathetic customer service to the students and families served by the College.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience in student accounts, financial aid or accounting related field. Collection and/or accounting functions experience preferred, preferably within higher education. Strong analytical and technical skills are essential. Previous experience with student information systems or accounting systems required. Previous experience with PowerCAMPUS strongly preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, customer service focused, time-sensitive environment necessary.
